An automatic cutting machine uses either mechanical, hydraulic, or servo-driven cutting systems to separate individual containers from the web. The cutting process is synchronized with the forming speed to ensure high efficiency and clean edges. Finished products are then automatically counted and stacked for easy packing and transportation.An important part of the production line is the recycling system. The waste edge trim and defective products generated during forming and cutting are crushed, granulated, and reintroduced into the production process, reducing raw material costs and minimizing waste. Some configurations also include an inline crusher and foam recycling extruder to close the material loop.The entire PS foam food container production line is typically controlled by a central PLC system with a user-friendly touch screen interface.
